These terms govern your use of Vlog Camera (the "App"), an iPhone app provided by Appelier ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
The App records video and makes short videos from your recordings and Photos library. Original video, audio, and finished videos are processed and stored on your device. Our server manages creation counts and purchase status. When you create a video, the App sends downscaled still images and numbers such as capture times through our server to an AI provider to choose music, a colour treatment, and short captions.

We do not claim ownership of the video, photos, audio, or finished videos you create with the App. You may save and share a finished video while respecting others' rights in its materials and music. Original video, audio, and finished videos are not sent to us. Downscaled images and numbers sent during video creation are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Other people may appear in what you record. If you share such recordings — showing them to others, posting them to social media, or otherwise publishing them — you are responsible for doing so lawfully. Rights of publicity, privacy, and restrictions on recording in particular places vary by country and situation, and it is your responsibility to comply with the law where you are.
You may not use the App to:
Download and basic use are free, with no advertising. The free plan allows two creations a month, up to 30 seconds each, in portrait orientation with a watermark. Light allows five creations a month; Unlimited has no creation-count limit. Both paid plans allow videos up to three minutes, landscape orientation, no watermark, and 4K sharing. The paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple.
Prices registered for Japan are ¥280 monthly or ¥2,800 yearly for Light, and ¥980 monthly or ¥9,800 yearly for Unlimited. Check the price and currency shown in the App and Apple's confirmation sheet for your purchase. Eligible users are offered a seven-day free trial on yearly products only. Monthly products have no free trial. Unless cancelled, the selected yearly plan is charged when the trial ends. Apple determines trial eligibility.
Your purchase starts when you confirm it with Apple, then renews automatically for the selected period. To cancel, open Subscriptions under your Apple Account in iPhone Settings. You retain paid access until the current period ends. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests and decisions are handled by Apple.
To recover an active paid plan, use Restore Purchases on the plan screen. A pending, cancelled, or failed purchase does not grant paid access. If the connection fails just after purchase, reconnect and try Restore Purchases. No account registration is required, but the App uses a random per-install identifier to manage creation counts and purchase status.

We provide no compensation for data lost from your device. For recordings that matter to you, consider saving them to your Photos library or keeping a separate copy.
We are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Where we are liable, our liability is limited to ordinary direct damages to the extent permitted by law. No limitation applies where prohibited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those places, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
We may change the App, suspend it, or stop distributing it without prior notice. If distribution ends, an App already installed on your device — and the data stored within it — remains on your device.
We may revise these terms as needed. When we do, we will update this page and change the revision date at the top. Continuing to use the App after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
The App does not notify you of revisions. Please check this page for the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business as the court of first instance.
